Balancing Chakra

It's normal to find ourselves feeling tired, lethargic, and irritable.

What most people may not know is that these can be caused by Chakra points not being BALANCED.

Those that catch the signs have gone through many years of learning and practicing Chakra-related energy work. Having practiced Yoga or Reiki can also prompt one to recognise the issues and work on balancing the system.

When you start developing intuition, together with logical awareness of your body, you'll be able to pinpoint which Chakra has been misaligned.

For example, an inability to forgive is caused by the Heart Chakra's disrupted flow. A lack of confidence is linked to the Solar Plexus Chakra.

'Balance' versus 'Block'.

At Stones Journey, we interpret ‘blocking’ as the ability to open and close, which is not how we understand Chakra to work. We prefer the concept of Balancing Chakra, contrasting to 'Unblocking' Chakra. 

We believe the flow of energy can either be over compensated or restricted accordingly, contrary to only being focused on 'unblocking'.

As with any form of energy work, thoughts and feelings relating to past hurt, repressed emotions, and discomfort may arise during and after balancing.

These feelings however will be temporary and can be viewed as detoxification or closure.

As you continue to work on yourself, you will achieve a healthier and stabilized Chakra system eventually.

Balancing is a continuous journey. Hence, never neglect the signs and never neglect yourself.

The more balanced the state you're in, the easier it will be to handle whatever life throws your way.
